Can I wash with water after applying the film?

Yes. The film is water resistant and can come in contact with water even when swimming

Will there be a little water vapor just after being applied on my watch?

Any traces of water vapor will disappear within 2-5 days

No, Luxe Armor is an independent company offering watch protector films to some of the watch brands to protect your precious time piece.

How long will it take for me to receive my orders?

Is VAT due on the import of goods into Europe/United Kingdom/Canada etc?

Yes, imports of goods are subjected to VAT, with taxation taking place when the goods clear through customs. VAT is therefore payable at the time the goods are considered to be imported. 

I would like to return my purchase, how do I do so?

There is a 7 day return policy and money back guarantee for any unused products that has not been peeled off and the original condition must be maintained within 7 days of customer receipt. However, customers must bear the delivery charge to return to Luxe Armor Singapore. Please contact us and we will assist your refund process.
